How do I know if I placed my order correctly?
You will receive an e-mail confirmation after you place your order. Once your billing information is approved your order will ship within 24 hours and you will receive a second e-mail confirmation.                                       
Can I change or cancel my order after I have placed it?                                   
If for some reason you need to change or cancel your order please contact customer support and we will do everything we can to make sure you are 100% satisfied.                                       
When will I be billed for my order?

Will I be charged sales tax?
Orders placed outside of Ohio will not be charged sales tax. Orders placed in Ohio will be charged 6.5% sales tax.

How does the WORK BOOT DOCTOR™ calculate delivery charges?                               
We exclusively use the United States Postal service to ship our products and rates are based on weight. There is a small handling fee added to the cost of shipping to cover the expense of labels and packaging.                                       
How long will it take to receive my order?                                       
Once your order is processed and your card billed your order will ship within 24 hours. Shipping length varies on location but usually takes 2-5 days.
